Shockingly Poor!

I can't put into words how relieved I am to be rid of Bairstow Eves as our letting agent! They are the most incompetent, dishonest company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We rented from them for just over 2 years and from start to finish it was a nightmare! They did nothing they said they would, they lied and we're just generally incompetent and unable to do their job. They entered the property on numerous occasions without informing us they would be coming (this is ILLEGAL) and when we moved into the property it was filthy! I made numerous improvements (with the landlords consent) to the property through our time there. So much so that the landlord when we moved out was able to rent it for £60 per month more than when we moved in. And yet when we left they took £50 from our deposit refund for apparently having to clear the garden! There was nothing in the garden at all. I would not recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone, in fact I would suggest avoiding at all costs. Really terrible.
