terrible customer services

quick enough to let you purchase a property. then it ends!!! communication is awful. never return phone calls. when u eventually contact them they give an excuse of "sorry they are not in today we will call u tomo"
"im not working on this someone else is"
"we have a 3 hour hand over so please dont call before 12"
these excuses are endless. when you go in to the shop the excuses for a delay in moving are even more alarming
" not sure I can help you with this you need to contact solicitor now as its out of our hands"

"I have been making frantic calls for rhe past few days"
the biggest thing is the fact that the staff sit behind a desk do absolutley nothing to help the costomer. we have purchased in principle a new house through these and have been waiting now since January, firstly the chain was only 3 suddenly it jumps to 5 the top chain eventually pulls out, but soon found a new abode hence the whole chain is waiting. but with a wait the excuses never seem to stop
"if the chain gets bigger the top person will move out to allow the rest to move"
the couple whose home you are purchasing have agreed to move in to a flat"
the top of the chain are trying to find a certificate from the council, if they cant find it the council will verifi with a letter!" all the above things have been said and never acted on hence the top chain pulled out due to the certificate!! but the best excuse is this "go on holiday and before you leave pack everything up leave me details so I can book ur removal van and we will exchange contracts while you are away" so we went did all that was asked and it all fell through while away. we have been in boxes now for 10 weeks and keep getting told 6- 8 weeks it will all be done!! staff are abviously trained in deceit, lies and how to make up complete nonsense will NEVER deal with these again
