Rude, unprofessional, incompetent

I have been renting properties in London past 10 years and I have never experienced such a appalling service previously as with Bairstow Eve's stratford office.

They do not have just don't care attitude but are also extremely rude. I have moved in 14th of December and ever since I am experiencing problems with flat I live in and no one cares in the company. Had a leaking boiler where using the boiler was not even safe. They promised me they would provide new fridge upon move in day and they didn't provide fridge at all, which they then decide to deny completely.
About 10 days time one of the bedroom walls start to get wet and mould growing, it's over a week now and no cares about my problem and apparently they have reported problem with landlord and they will get back to me as soon as possible.

Even when I asked managers details so I can write complaint, they are trying to prevent information and not providing manager email address or postal address. At some point they put the phone down on me as I was trying to get the name of the person I was speaking to.

Unless you are going to stay absolutely homeless do not go anywhere near Bairstow eves company as they are just rip off. No wonder why they are so big in London, they make money on poor or normal class people money!!!!

Utterly disgusted with their behaviour and they need to be punished for this!!! Contacted the watchdog to report those scumbags already!
