Exceptional level of service arranging our let while we were away on holiday. Despite the distance & communication methods being difficult (no fault of yours) Carly dealt with all stages of the let & my representatives excellently & to a successful conclusion.


[name removed]'s level of service was exceptional, Derby staff generally much better than those at other Bairstow eves offices. Slight problem with incorrect account quickly sorted by [name removed].
