“Totally USELESS!!!”

We appointed BerstowEves as our letting agents. They charged 12% for doing very little. After terminating our agreement with them we are struggeling to get the tenants deposit back. They seldom respond to emails and seldom return phone calls. This is realy a sign of an unprofessional setup. I will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
