I sold my house via Bairstowe Eves. Sale recently completed. The manager of the Branch in Acocks Green was excellent. She explained the whole process to me at the start and said what they would do when acting on my behalf. They did exactly as she had said. I was kept informed throughout the sale for the first time in my experience of selling my home I actually felt that the estate agent was acting on my behalf. Anytime I phoned the office they staff were polite, friendly and answered the phone quickly. On one occasion where something needed sorting, the manager took time out on the weekend to sort out the issue. I was extremely impressed with the service and I would recommend and in fact I already have recommended this Branch to a friend who is selling their house.
