not efficient, not organised, rude ( when they see we could not exchange at the date they promess and we have no where to go... they nicely told us to go and get a bed and breakfast and that was it normal). 3-4 days to reply to a simple email ... never aske more than 1 question on an email as they won t reply to all of them ... there was nothing to like about them. When visiting property to buy ... the answer for questions was " to be honest I don t know" ... all the time with of course no re assurance that they will check later to let us know. THEY JUST DON T KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON T GIVE TOSS OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER ... to avooid at all cost !!!!!!
