sold my property with b.e and 6 weeks down the line after id found a property and paid for a survey,mortgage fees etc i find that my buyers(sent by b.e) havent even seen a mortgage advisor yet.now i face losing the property ive bought and losing my money ive paid out and more aswell(solicitors bill etc).it transpires that they have known all along that my buyers had not done anything but they told me very little stating that it would all be sorted soon.absolutely useless.do they care?,they coudnt give a toss!!!!
