When I went into the branch in Tunbridge Wells they was really helpful, showed me the properties they have availiable and one that was almost perfect.

They mentioned they would be in contact by the end of the week, to arrange a viewing but nevber did, When I called they was rude on the ohone and explained tetnn which is fine, but communtication wouldn't have gone a miss.

I then booked a viewing,. they cancelled. I book another in which they reschedules again they cancelled this time by text!!

I asked why, and was told they would be in contact and the end of the month, they have now added the property again and arranged an open viewing for 12th but never mentioned or contact me They kept me hanging on for weeks!!

Shocking awful service.
