“Breech of confidentiality”

We bought a house through the Rose Hill Branch, Oxford. And although we thought at the time what a nice polite guy he was that showed us around....wrong! He then went on to tell a third party that he realised was related to us {because of the same surname} all our business. We would not have offered this information freely.
But when we complained it fell on deaf ears...what a waste of time....no apology, nothing!
But we'll never buy or sell with them again that's for sure
