Never again!

Just moved to the area and thought we would try out our local Indian takeaway. Placed the order on the telephone and was told to collect an hour later. Went to pick up our food and they said we hadn't placed an order are you sure you didn't order Chinese!!!! Said they didn't have our order so I returned home to check what telephone number I had rung to make sure it was the right Indian I'd called and rung back the number - it was indeed Nirvana. Said do you want to re order (NO!!) Waste of our evening waiting for food we didn't even receive! Very unhappy. Will never be using this Indian again and they have now lost what would have been a regular customer.
