I wanted to place an order, of 3 things and checked the postage cost for Denmark that is 4.99 GBP -a maximum.

At check out I was charged 15 GBP, I then cancelled the order og contacted the costumerservice. I waited a loooong time, and had no answer for my question, just that they have to charge more if the item is very large, even though it shows a maximum price in their webside. My items was not large.
The costumerservice is really lazy and give you no answer for your request.
Maybe its they hired children to take care of the costumerservice.

I completely second everything you've said and having been left to guess when my order would ever arrive then guess if or when my refund would I've had my fingers burnt enough they're lousy
