The service was excellent and the boots are brilliant at a price I wanted to pay. My daughter has similar boots and is very pleased with them but she paid much more. I think toggi have done an excellent job with their design. Walking two dogs in the winter is no joke and wellies are uncomfortable these boots will do the job. (read more)

Service was excellent, I ordered the boots on the Monday and they arrived the next day, fantastic! The boots were just as I expected - warm and comfortable. Previously had the dark brown boots which have been worn nearly everyday for 3 years and still going strong. Light weight and waterproof, good for riding, walking the dog or just taking the kids to school. I hope these new ones, in black, will be as good. I bought these boots for my husband for Christmas. Initially, he was delighted with them as they are warm and seemed comfortable. I ordered a rug from these people on 11th December for my grand daughter's pony as a Christmas present. Dellivery was 3-4 days. It still hadn't arrived by 20th December and I was away from 21st. I had already sent 2 emails asking where the rug was which were ignored. A third email where I said I would report them to the Trading Standards Office. which I would have done, received a telephone reply on the morning of 21st saying the rug was out of stock! Paid the extra to have next day delivery and it did indeed turn up next day. Was well packaged but the box the boots came in was torn and ripped. As these are a Xmas present for my granddaughter I was disappointed that the box was not checked before sending out (the outer packaging was fine). I ordered soem boots for a christmas present, high value. when i got home Euquine superstore phoned to say they been delivered (nextday very imrpessive) however to wrong adress, a local infant school. when i went to collect the staff at school were fantastic, they had contacted the supplier who then contacted me, however on the parcel it stated that the item should not be laft, but it was left on the door step of a very busy school. We paid for 3-4 day delivery on the 9th November but unfortunately did not receive the item until the 19th November and had to phone to find out what was going on only to be told it had been out of stock and was being sent that day, some contact saying it was out of stock would have been appreciated. So the payment for 3-4 day delivery was pointless. However when we eventually received the product it was of the quality we would have expected and were pleased with it. (read more)

I can't believe how quick these boots arrived, practicaly in 24hrs, fantastic service. Grandaughter has not worn the boots yet but having tried them on they are nice and roomy and enough space for a pair of thick socks if needed. Brought for use at the stable and riding so will have to see how they wear as have not had this brand before but they look nice and strong. Item was well packed and secure.
