Ordered a jacket, paid extra to have delivery in 2-3 days. No delivery or contact renthis a week later so called to enquire. Was told somebodybwould chase up and call back. Guess what? No call ir email!! caled back the following day, was emailed called to be told jacket was outnif stock and on order from the manufacturer. Would be in the following day.
So, following day, email came through to say jacket had arrived but wrong colour. Would i be ok to accept this.
If not, i'dnhave to wait for The right colour to be ordered and delivered.
I emailed back amd asked to cancel order and refund full cost.
This was done.
The saddest bit about it was, there was not one word of apologie in any email I recieved.
I went to another online company, ordered the exact same jacket, it arrived the next morning, free delivery!
Surely it would be wisentonmake sure they have items in stock before selling!! Also, if a problem arises, a cal and apologie to keep customers updated would be decent if them!
Will not reccomend or use this company again!!!
