“where is my order?”

Ordered 2 rugs 2 weeks ago, I emailed them after the first week and 2 days later got a reply to say that there had been a delay but due in that day and would be dispatched, another week has gone by and still no delivery so telephoned them, seemingly the order has gone to wrong store but again they are expecting them today and will dispatch tomorrow!!!!! “Looks very dodgy- equestrian goods”

PLaced an order on April 2nd, received confirmation, then nothing until April 10th advsing confirmation of order but nothing about dispatched. At the bottom of the email they detail Ukmail.co.uk and a consignment number. Upon clicking on the ukmail link i was sent to a site selling the domain name??? This did not fill me with confidence. “Do not Use”

I purchased a pair of boots today. ( Just Togs Tall Boots ) When I put the right boot on the zip un did from the bottom up. On inspection I can see that the zip is faulty. I called Discount Equestrian who informed me that I have to send the boots back to just togs directly. They will then test the boot to see if it is faulty, and then if it is I will get new boots. Thank you for your review, we have investigated this and found the following. Upon being notified that you had received faulty boots we requested that you send these back for inspection where the boots would be replaced or refunded. The reason you were asked to send these back to Just Togs was to speed up the replacement process with this being a manufacturing fault. Customer services agreed that return postage would be reimbursed upon finding the boots faulty and you providing proof of posting receipt. We have never received an email with this information however we would still be happy to refund return postage charges should you provide us with this information. The boots were replaced within 48 hours of Just Togs receiving them. We feel happy with the service you have received given this issue was dealt with promptly and the boots were replaced within 48 hours and costs incurred were offered to be refunded.

“3 and a half month delivery time! Bad handling”

I ordered two items in the end of february, the money was withdrawn a few day after I placed my order. One of the items said "due 14 days", and that was fair enough. When the 14 days were went and I haven't heard a single word from them, I e-mailed and got a reply that the item would be in stock any moment. Thank you for your feedback. The Trelawne Easyboot Trail is by far the most popular bare hoof boot we sell, in fact we sell around 5 sets per week and very few are returned to us. The boots were received by us and booked in on 15/10/12. They were then sent to the UK distributor on 16/10/12 who then forwarded them to the manufacturer Trelawne for inspection. This process has to take place in order to establish the reason for the fault. Once we received confirmation from the manufacturer that refund had been authorized the refund was made. The total process from receiving the boots to completing the refund was 7 working days which falls well within the 28 days as stipulated by trading standards.

I ordered some tack from Discount Equestrian on Sunday, 22 April, which I needed for the following Saturday. It was listed on the Web site as "In Stock", so I was confident it would arrive by then, given the usual schedules for in stock items from online retailers. “Terrible Service - promises not kept”

Order placed on 26 September. Confirmation received. When order placed did not mention goods were out of stock. Followed up numerous times and eventually was told (about 4 weeks later) the goods would be sent via courier. Did receive them but only 3 items of 4. 4th item on backorder. “Item never received - i doubt this website to be genuine”

I have yet to receive my goods 1 month from ordering. Attempts to make contact by email or telephone have been unsuccessful. Telephone number diverts to voicemail that states a call will be returned within 24 hours. 2 calls later, I haven't received a reply. I currently have a dispute pending with Paypal for a refund as I am now starting to doubt whether this website is genuine. “Items never delivered, credit card charged three (3!!)...”

I placed an order for over 700 pounds on the website of Discount Equestrian on 11 October 2011. The website told me that the payment was unsuccessful three times; afterward it turned out that the payments DID go through. So I paid three times, and immediately informed the shop of this.
