Hopeless, avoid like the plague

Derby House Looked like a great site, I wanted some breaches to take over to Ireland as a Birthday present for a friend, ordered them as they were 'in stock' on the website, nothing arrived so I rang them and asked whether the item would be sent out in time for my departure date and was assured that, although not all my order was available, the jods would be dispatched in time for my trip. The day before my ferry I rang them to see what time the delivery was likely to be and was told that the item had not been dispatched from the warehouse! No one bothered to let me know. I cancelled that item but was in no major rush for the other items, i'm still waiting! over a month and I've had one item, I will never use this company again, use Equestrian Clearance they have fantastic service.
If a company says an item is in stock they should ensure that it is OR let the customer know asap that it will be late
