Ordered a pair of boots - wrong size delivered. Returned boots for replacement. again same wrong size delivered. Returned in early March followed by silence. Several e-mails later I finally got a response on 8 May confirming that they had received the return and apologized and promise refund in 48 hours. Late June and still no refund or apology.
No boots, no money!!!!!
