The first time I made an order for winter Sno boots (3 pairs and some socks), it took over SIX weeks for the order to be delivered. Customer Services (if you can call it that) made no attempt to keep me updated so I had to waste my time and phone bill chasing for a delivery date! As compensation I was offered a gift voucher... stupidly I decided to give them another try.... EIGHT weeks on I am still waiting for my delivery!! Again, no updates from customer services... this time I demanded to deal with their Customer Services Manager and even she failed to get back to me!! I have logged a complain with Citizens Advice who make Trading Standards aware of the complaint, if more people complain then Trading Standards should investigate.
So, part of the second order was cancelled without my consent, then re-ordered and no one seems to know when my second item will be delivered! They have ignored emails and don't seem to give a damn. The one item that has been delivered, a light weight rug from Derby House, leaked on the first day of use!! Not only is their Customer Service shocking, their goods are sub standard too!
I have to say I'm not suprised at all by the amount of negative reviews they have! I'm going to stick to the tradtional way from now on and buy my goods from tack shops where I can walk in and out with what I need when I need it!
