I bought Ariat Grasmere boots on offer from Derby house on 12/11/2012 and after a week I received boots, I was very happy until I noticed that they have big cut on the leather. I made and send the photos to them the next day. Today is 06/12/2012 and I still did not recived a replacement pair. I need boots desperately as it turned really cold and my wellies leak water. After waiting two more weeks I now asked for my money back and I had no response to my emails (I re-sent at least 5), tried to call but no answer.
Very bad company it was my first time I ordered from them and I REGRET !!! VERY POOR and I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!
