I WENT TO BP COUNTRY LOOKING FOR A PAIR OFF WALKING BOOTS, THE YOUNG LADY THEIR WAS SO VERY HELPFULL, SHE EXPLAINED ALL ABOUT THE VARIOUS BOOTS, THE DIFFERENCE IN THE FIT AND THE COMFORT FACTOR, I BOUGHT A FABULOUS PAIR OF TOGGI'S. I HAVE WORKED IN THE RETAIL TRADE FOR 26 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE, WELL DONE.

“Polo shirt”

bought a Jack Murphy polo shirt - found it easily - the site is easy to use. I would have liked a more close up photo, but as I knew what I wanted, this didn't put me off. The discount on the RRP was good - couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else online, so happy I got a good deal.

The products from Punky Ponies I bought were very competitively priced but I was especially impressed by the level of service I received which was very personal despite this being an online order with BP Country going out of their way to ensure I had what I needed on time. I will most definitely use them again (this was my first order) and do not hesitate in recommending them highly.
