    sometimes works fine for weeks then tells me I need to replace when it is half full. I replace then 5 minutes later tells me another cartridge needs replacing when it is half full. Bought the ink from cartridge people who replace them immediately no question but when they are working the quality is ...

    Great printer but hates compatable ink. Tried several. Sometimes it uses the whole cartidge then other times its telling me it needs a new cartrigde when it is still half full. But best british compatables are only about £2.50.

    Excellent replacement for the Epson original.     I had bad experiences with my C42 printer. It was a sale when I bought this printer and I trusted that Epson was quite a good brand. Well, it can print alright but I wasn't thrilled with the print quality. My old HP printer could print better.

    I own an Epson Stylus C48 printer and I am not satisfied with its performance. I happen to have another printer (HP) and compared the print performance (the difference is huge).
    C48's print is not of high quality, quite noisy and slower than my HP printer. The only thing good here is the ease of it ...
