I bought this panasonic wet-dry women's epilator ES-WD71 fr Singapore. Cost me S$149. It comes with changeable heads such as under shaver head or epilating head. After 2 yrs the shaver was in want for a change as it doesn't shave as efficiently.

At the time of buying I was told that the shaving blades can be replaced, but when I contacted another outlet they told me I had to go back to the outlet ( electronic store) I bought it from. I did so but they told me they don't carry those accessories.

After trying to search for the replacements for so long,I called up Panasonic Singapore and they told me it is not sold to any outlets and only their headquarters sell it ( w GST shaving blades S$19.68 outer blades S$21.06 ) but they were out of stock currently and that I'd have to wait abt 3-4 weeks before their stock replenishes. Which by that time I would be out of the country!! And when I asked how could they help me then as I need to replace the blades, their mere reply was that they can't help me, all the help the could do was to order the blades which would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. I even asked for a contact where I could get help from to obtain the blades from outside the country, they apologized and said they can't help.

Even after googling the internet to find the shaver blades i cant find anything resourceful to near where I am. Perhaps with such inconvenience of getting replacement for such a common product and even the blades and foil are not cheap, it would be better to go with traditional shavers which you can purchase abt 4 for under S$10.

batteries didn't last long at all! I think they could have improved this product much more and with not much effort at all!

I've been using this for the last half year and i'm pleased with its performance

I bought this off Amazon for $169 on a friend's recommendation. I had a similar one from a different brand and have been disappointed in its results to date. So far I've had mixed results. I probably need to use it for another week or two, but I would think for the price I'd be thrilled. Overall I wouldn't recommend this yet, but we'll see what the next couple of weeks hold.
