I used LCC because every time I thought about my lost pension I felt so upset I knew I would not be able to handle a claim myself. LCC told me it would take up to 18 months to complete but it was a very large claim and it took three years. This was not the fault of LCC but the Financial Ombudsman's Service, which had a backlog of claims to deal with. I am completely happy with the outcome, I was awarded the maximum amount available under the rules of the compensation scheme. Throughout the process, LCC were always available by phone or email, prompt, courteous and informed. I would recommend them.
