I have had Tiscali email for at least 10 years but like everybody else here since TalkTalk took over it has become near to unusable. Logging in sometimes works, then it hangs up 'cant access the server' and similar, then it claims it cant open some emails because they are 'corrupt' even though I can open them in other systems. Bizarrely, spam filtering seems 100%. Given I have never paid for it though I can't complain in a sense but having said that there are better free systems e.g. Gmail (if you dont mind the ads and the constant attempts to manipulate you and turn you into a Google customer)
TalkTalk emails failure to work must be extremely damaging to TalkTalks overall business. I wouldnt even begin to consider their broadband even though they are cheap.

I am experiencing the same problems with Talk Talk. I was with Tinyworld, then Tiscali and now Talk Talk. Like above, I have a free account, but I have had the same e-mail address for so long I am reluctant to change. This morning I have been trying for ten minutes to open an important e-mail without success.

Why can't Talk Talk address this problem. It must be an embarrassment to them.
