I imagined that having broadband and email and paying for the privelege would mean that when I turned my computer on, firstly I would be able to login and secondly, having waited whilst the page loads up, I would then be able to email people and to receive emails. Yesterday, for five hours, the system was down, today, for 2½ hours, the system was down.
I would recommend that anybody looking for email or broadband steer as far away from Tiscali/Talk Talk as humanly possible. If I could give a score less than one star, I would.
It would be useful to know that the broadband speed is shocking, that the email system isn't outlook express and is as user friendly as a piranha or a disturbed red ant and that the system would only work on very rare occasions.
