I started using SHM a few years ago because I was sick of the lousy service from Yahoo and the good reviews for SHM. Unfortunately, over the last few months the site seems to spend more time down than up. Either you cant connect at all or you do connect, then get thrown out. As soon as I can get back in I'll be transferrring my e-mails back to Yahoo (unfortunately), but this is SHMs fault and not mine. I imagine I wont be the only one doing this.

The signup for superhero mail is pretty straight forward and all emails have arrived and displayed almost immediately.It has a good array of extras inc email alias.pop3 accounts the account has quite a lot of tweak ability to suite with 5gb of storage .The interface is a little cluttered by some standards ,but works well enough.Seems ok so far

The name really does say it all. The support you get from these guys is just fantastic and I just have a free account so I could only imagine what you would get if you paid for their services. I have been waiting to write this review about them because I really wanted to make sure the services remained good or got better. I have been a member since December of 2012 and the services have just gotten better. They recently upgraded all of their systems which you can read about in their blog. They have a facebook page twitter page so if their services do go down by chance they are keeping everyone posted about what is going on and when it will be fixed which is really helpful. However their site has only gone down 1 time and that was when they put in the new system, but since then the pages just load like crazy fast. So I would say if you have not tried them then you should, they just keep getting better. Oh on a side note I noticed that if you do not want your name to go with your out going mail you need to remove it from your personal information. Just a tip and I hope you enjoy my thoughts about these guys.

While I have not used this service, quite as long as the other person. I have been using superheromail.com for about 2 months now, and you know what it is really good. Do they have support that responds yes they do, the same day but I have only made one support request I could not log into my account and it was my fault I did not put @hulksmail.com after my username. I do get 5 gigabytes of email storage and a plus I get 500Mb of data storage. If everything is good with this service in at the 6 month mark I am going to get the paid services that they offer for sure. Cons: Like the other review the only real negative is that you need to pay for the imap services. Pros: You can purchase a personal email name in a few different methods. One is a 1 time purchase which gets shared. Two is where you can purchase it with the imap services and get your own personal email account. I am not sure if you can add more email accounts to this since it is not listed whether you can or not but I am sure you could just ask their customer support. Overall I have not had any real issues or concerns with security, so if you are looking to switch providers give these guys a try you may be disappointed and you may be very happy you did. I have never been more happy that I left the hacked spam mail of yahoo.com. I do hope that they bring the drag and drop feature at some point.

Alright I have been using superheromail.com since 7/7/2012 I have heard that name is long, childish and other names, but I have very few issues whatsoever and when I do have an issue the support team is right there to help. They have livesupport if you need it or you can email them and you will hear back the same day. As for the name to be honest I put it on my resume and I got a city job and during the interview the HR manager said it was the first thing she noticed and that it popped out at her, I have it formatted like so [email protected]. Needless to say she now has an account as well and has told me that she really enjoys it as well. Now do understand that there are some cons if you want imap services you would have to pay for it but I just use the mobile app works for me. You can tell that someone is always working on the site little changes come up here and there, perhaps they will have the drag and drop feature soon, since I would love that. One big bonus is that when I started with this services I only had a 1GB email box now I am a free preferred member with a 6GB email box. Although the free account now is 5GB when you sign up with them. Cool features right click this is the most powerful tool when using their services since it makes sorting emails a breeze, so make sure to try the right click feature. I have seen other reviews of this service saying that they could not log in and that they never heard back from support, I find this very hard to believe I have contacted support at least 10 times in the past year and got a response the same day. I would say to them perhaps check your spam folder I know when I send to friends that have their do not trust anyone settings on everything goes to the spam folder or maybe you did not give them contact information. Like everything in life this service may not be for everyone but it sure is for me so I hope you enjoy my thoughts about superheromail.com
