“Nightmare time”

I bought a game recently, Guildwars 2. Since then, Hotmail has been a real nightmare. The game sends an authentication code via e-mail for security measure, I could never receive this e-mail using my Hotmail account. Right now, my girlfriend sent me an email a few hours ago, I've been trying to answer her for 30-45mins, keep getting server busy.

Word of advice, stay far away from Hotmail.
