I am very disappointed in my experience with EKM. I spent so much time setting it up - a waste of time to be honest! I set up my sweet shop in August on one of the standard templates but have had to close due to poor sales - 4 sales in 5 months. I found the support very good when setting up - getting the products onto my chosen template (no ideal template available though - compared to other sites selling similar products it was a bit boring!). “Unsurpassed Service and Overall Package”

When I set out to start my web site, EKM were the first one I came across. I wasn't too sure about the choice of templates but used their free test design tool (which to my amazement you can use without even registering / giving and email address or anything at all!) I have to admit that I signed up with a couple of other companies to try their free first month trial and ended up coming back to EKM. “Great site to get clients to sign up for newsletters”

I signed up for the free ekmReponse package which allows me to enable clients to sign up from our website. The free package allows 100 free clients newsletters to be sent and thereafter there are various packages available depending on your requirements. For now the free package suites me. I have used this system before and found it really easy to use and easy for clients to sign up to our newsletters.
