Also fantastic at resolving things - initially the courier had arrived with the wrong sized box to take my iMac. Seems it was an error on the corers side but I made a quick call to Mac4Cash who answered the phone straight away and said they would sort things out and call me back. They called back in about twenty minutes and had arranged for the courier to return the next day (Saturday) with the correct box - which they duly did.

Wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again.
