I went through the process to sell 2 iPads. Was not contacted as described in the process (spam / junk mail regularly checked). No response to 2 e-mails asking for update / information.
Have now used contact form again to try and cancel on-hold items - received confirmation of sending so know something is working
Very disappointed expected more from reviews left

I did have a similar issue initially, turns out my responses were ending up in the junk folder.
