I purchased a laptop for my son on Saturday bank holiday wasn't happy with it as screen keeps jumping and is running very slow so I took it back staff looked at it for all of a minute said there was nothing wrong and wouldn't even exchange under 2 day return as apparently Sunday and bank holiday Monday count as 2 days but offered to have it back if I let them give me less than what I paid absolutely disgusting company customer services couldn't even get my name right in email only asked for exchange didn't even ask for money back AVOID

Always pay with credit card, you are paying for goods at the end of the day and should be of reasonable quality, in other words it should do what it's supposed to do, they normally have a warranty, you have two choices, take them to court a small claims court, you would win this hands down with what you say or charge back on your credit card.

Never pay with cash, its just too hard to get money back, let Paypal or credit card do the work.
