Until recently, I was unable to send them messages online. It's only when I e-mailed them through Moneysavingexperts Resolver complaint engine (somehow they know their e-mail address), that they began accepting online messages from me.

I was 20 days from escalating to the Ombudsman when they resolved my issue.
Definitely recommend starting a case on the Resolver, it's free and then you don't forget stuff, as my experience with iSupply is that they'll use everyday that they can to drag things out.

“Will overcharge you and never refund”

Beware of them overcharging and not refunding you !! I used iSupply for the last two or three years with fixed 12 month contracts and it was all ok because I never had to contact them except to supply meter readings on their website (which is badly designed and can be painful). Until I noticed at the end of the last contract (Nov 2015) that they had about £400 in credit. Well, iSupply actually responded to my online message.
They said the refund would be sent by BACS directly to my account.
Excitedly I was checking my account everyday, praying for my 400+ quid to arrive.
10 days later, nothing !
Unfortunately I've still got to wait to at least end of Nov, before escalating to the Ombudsman.
I'm sure iSupplyEnergy are having a great laugh.

Well, iSupply actually responded again and said the refund would now be sent 02 Nov.
Just checked my account and amazingly, the the dough was there.

Hurray, after holding onto my money for a year, I'm finally done and dusted with iSupplyEnergy.

Similar experience. But my balance in credit kept increasing over 3 years and after repeated attempts to get it back, I finally left with £460 still to be refunded. Waiting till Dec to escalate to the Ombudsman, hope it doesn't come to small claims court.

Absolute outrage is an understatement. I moved out of there rented property in March 18th and sent my last reading. This they said was invalid,but no reason for why. HOW?!? I rang them at the end of March and they said they would compile the final balance.£435!!! Absolute joke!! Read the meter which I sent them they then said this was invalid as the meter had not been read for a while previously. They have since increased my tariff and direct debit. Access to your account online is useful and the website is easy to navigate. Great to hear you are having a good experience. Mine was similar until I tried to get a refund. Where is the option for requesting a refund ad I have that option on the website and had to call them and be fobbed off several times until I gave up and switched, and now still trying to claw back £460 they said they would refund me, 28 days ago. Have begun a complaints proceeding.

Like you, for 3 years my experience was positive, and I made reviews to that effect, on iSupplys promoted review site Trustpilot.
Then, I noticed they had been overcharging, my balance in credit had been going up year on year, eventually to almost £500, and absolutely no attempt had been made by iSupply to correct the situation.
When I tried to get a refund, that's when it all began to go wrong.

I have to say I have my suspicions about the reviews on Trustpilot, especially the ones that say their portal is easy to use. Possibly the reviews are fake, or customers have been "incentivised". I really really hope reviewcentre doesnt end up like that, I have a lot more faith in the ratings here, just from personal experience of the various businesses.

If you are in credit at the end of your plan or in credit when you change to another supplier this company will delay refunding your money for as long as possible. I think they use the money to improve their cash flow (interest free of course). I think this company's tactics should be investigated, It just does not want to give you back your money!!!!! It also ignores your estimate upon joining and imposes a much higher direct debit than your estimate justifies… Read Full Review

Absolutely agree, I have experienced their over estimation tactics and delays on refunds at first hand !
Unfortunately Ofgen give suppliers 2 months to respond to a complaint before they will consider escalating it, and it does seem like iSupply will use every day of delay possible.
So first iSupply said I would get my refund in 28 days, so I had to just wait. And of course, 1 month later, no refund. I've lodged a complaint, but now have to give them another 2 months to respond, before I can go to the next step.

It may be easier to get blood out of a stone.

I-Supply = I-Don't-Care I have never known such a shambles of a company. Signing up was easy and pain free. It went down hill from there.
