If you are in credit at the end of your plan or in credit when you change to another supplier this company will delay refunding your money for as long as possible. I think they use the money to improve their cash flow (interest free of course). I think this company's tactics should be investigated, It just does not want to give you back your money!!!!! It also ignores your estimate upon joining and imposes a much higher direct debit than your estimate justifies… Read Full Review

I-Supply = I-Don't-Care I have never known such a shambles of a company. Signing up was easy and pain free. It went down hill from there. Before I joined I asked "If I move, am I subject to the £30 fee? ". No they said. Email contact is fine but don't expect them to read it, understand it, fix the issue. Still, I decided to leave. Do not go near this company. They issue termination rejections on the basis that a customer is still under contract. This is not a valid reason for preventing a customer to leave a supplier. “Worst energy company by far.”

This company seemed good to start with but quickly show they were incompetent. They could not set the direct debit up correctly, Increased the monthly payment from the £120 agreed to £180 per month. Customer services are ridicules, they don't answer calls or reply to emails. Their website hardly ever works. When I gave them my meter reading they ignored it and used an estimated reading to increase my bill. This company is one of the worst that I have encountered for sharp business practice. They hijack your personal data, then invoice you with electricity rates that they have decided with no reference to the customer. They do not send an invoice, then charge you a late payment fee. I have experienced no customer service from this company who refuse to answer the phone and don't respond to email queries even when submitted via their "customer communications" link on their amateur website. Basically their modus operandum is get you signed up on basis of cheap (ish) fuel, then totally ignore you and your meter readings (these are NEVER validated - this then allows iSupply to estimate your usage and overcharge you). I do not recommend despite having attractive prices. Then direct debit get over the top, you complain about it and they reduce it to the reasonable levels. Then after some time you see a big direct debit in your bank and you have to tell them again. At the end you leave because there is a decent balance in your favour... well my refund does not come and they put excuses. I ended up making a complaint, let's see how it goes. Avoid this company is all I can say. They can't provide accurate bills or any form of meaningful service. Their awful service already means one complaint with the ombudsman due to repeated mistakes and down right lies. Now they have lost a payment made to them and can only send sarcastic responses... Made the mistake of switching to this outfit and regretted it within a few months. My meter readings never appeared on the site, the site doesnt work, its impossible to message them and trying to call puts pounds on your phone bill. Finally got totally fed up to the teeth with it, was happy to pay the £30 for ending early. What a relief to have got rid of this lot. The problems actually all started when I decided to switch to a cheaper supplier. I owed some money on the account, which was initially due to be taken out in one lump sum, I cancelled the DD, messaged them and said I would be splitting it over 2 payments. After I sent the first £50 I received an email stating a monthly DD would be set up to take out £112, I cancelled this, messaged them about this (but they take an age to respond). Hello All, CAUTION - You might be deceived by the slightly less charge, but get trapped. You will have horrible experience. Its a word of caution from a customer who had horrible experience with iSupply. I switched to iSupplyEnergy last June. everything is fine until you switch to another supplier and then they will not refund what you are owed! I'm owed almost sixty pounds from them and am looking at a wait of 65 days until they refund me, if they refund me at all! When I complained that I want MY money they say they are working within their timelines, the timeline they gave me was 28 days after end of contract, not 65!
