Absolute outrage is an understatement. I moved out of there rented property in March 18th and sent my last reading. This they said was invalid,but no reason for why. HOW?!? I rang them at the end of March and they said they would compile the final balance.£435!!! Absolute joke!! I called them and was appalled by the absolute rubbish that I was fed. 12 months electric cost me £1051 for a 2 bed flat that I was rarely at. £89 and month!! “Difficult to switch from avoid”

Tried to switch to a different supplier but isupply refused to switch saying I owed them outstanding balance. Read the meter which I sent them they then said this was invalid as the meter had not been read for a while previously. They have since increased my tariff and direct debit. I have renewed my contract with isupply for a third year. I am all electric with economy 7 and find the prices offered to be very competitive. Access to your account online is useful and the website is easy to navigate. You can see all the accounts you have had with them, all statements, and DD payments, and you can submit your meter readings every 5 days (if you wish!). I have read countless negative reviews for isupply. I can only think that people are more likely to review if they are dissatisfied than if they are satisfied or full of praise. If you are in credit at the end of your plan or in credit when you change to another supplier this company will delay refunding your money for as long as possible. I think they use the money to improve their cash flow (interest free of course). I think this company's tactics should be investigated, It just does not want to give you back your money!!!!! I-Supply = I-Don't-Care I have never known such a shambles of a company. Signing up was easy and pain free. It went down hill from there. Do not go near this company. They issue termination rejections on the basis that a customer is still under contract. This is not a valid reason for preventing a customer to leave a supplier. Try leaving them and see what they do. It is like being in the mafia. They make you commit to them voluntarily but they will use all sorts of tactics, some unlawful, to stop you leaving. You start off on a competitive deal. When the fixed terms comes to an end, they threaten you with an extortionate variable tariff and way too high direct debits but offer you a "way out" if you sign another fixed term deal which is not competitive but which is cheaper than the variable tariff they otherwise threaten. Try to switch and they will block you on the basis that you will have to pay them a £30 fee if you leave (not a valid reason) or that you owe them some fictitious future (not current) debt. If you object, they will offer to let you leave if you pay them to cover your supposed and actually non-existent future debt but if you pay it with a view to claiming it back, they just block you from leaving after the event for no reason anyway. If you have a surplus on your account, they drag their heels when paying it back. If you cancel their direct debit, they repeatedly set it up again without permission.

This company seemed good to start with but quickly show they were incompetent. They could not set the direct debit up correctly, Increased the monthly payment from the £120 agreed to £180 per month. Customer services are ridicules, they don't answer calls or reply to emails. Their website hardly ever works. When I gave them my meter reading they ignored it and used an estimated reading to increase my bill. This company is one of the worst that I have encountered for sharp business practice. They hijack your personal data, then invoice you with electricity rates that they have decided with no reference to the customer. They do not send an invoice, then charge you a late payment fee.
