problems with switching gas supply - previous energy supplier 'OVO' (wish I'd stayed with them) told me that I.Supply had sent incorrect information to them regarding Gas a/c - after chasing I.Supply by 'phone and email I am now being asked to send them photos of the meter ... blah, blah, blah...... the meter has not been changed or altered in the years we have lived here, so what's the problem ??!!! As with other reviewers I agree : DON'T GET DRAWN IN BY THE PROMISE OF FIXED/CHEAP DEALS.
