I have read some of the reviews and they are unlike the experience I have. I have spoken to them on the telephone they returned my calls and have always been extremely helpful, in fact I would say they have gone the extra mile.

This is my second year with the company and would not hesitate to renew when my contract ends, especially if they are coming out cheaper, but I would consider even if they were a little more as they have been so good.

So much better than my last company who tried to take an extra £30 although my contract with them had ended.
