This company has caused me nothing but trouble. They do not do what they are asked to do. I wanted monthly billing and monthly payments. Today I have found out that although my switch took place on 28th August they had not passed on my final reading to the new supplier or sent them the direct debit instructions. They had organised quarterly billing and payments. I find them rude and arrogant and I would not recommend them to anyone.
