I moved to Utility Warehouse earlier this year. I was lead to believe the broadband would be good. It was so poor, it was virtually unusable. I don't call 0.35 Mbps a good service. After a couple of months, I have gone back to BT on fibre optic broadband at 38 Mbps. I was told by UW this was not available to their customers. Goodbye then UW!
