From the moment I phoned the distributor (a friend had recommended Utility Warehouse) the service has been superb. I didn't have to do anything regarding changing gas, electricity and broadband supplier. When I needed a query answering it was a pleasure to be able to phone someone I had met and not have to deal with a stranger at the other end who knew nothing about my circumstances. When I had a problem applying for the cashback card online the distributor came to my house and helped to sort it out, together with a very helpful lady from customer service. All in all, excellent - long may it continue
