I have never come across a company like this in my entire life.
I run a business myself and if I treated my customers in the same way as they do I would be out of business.
Customer services leave a lot to be desired. I have spent at least 4 hours over the last 3 weeks trying to sort out an issue only to be passed to department after department. To say my stress levels and blood pressure are high is an under statement.
They are trying to charge me for gas and electricity I am supposed to have used in a property that has been empty since February.
I have told my story at least 12 times now only to be passed to another department to explain it all over again.
I'm not and never have been a customer/member of their club.
They threaten me with legal charges and late payment charges.
Well let's go to court Utility because your going to look very stupid.
