I'm struggling to actually connect to the AWFUL internet to write this review, but I got here. Well, where to start... The mobile phone is too expensive, I could get an Iphone 6 from carphone for the amount I am paying for my terrible HTC. When you go on the home phone for over 1 millisecond the internet cuts out, the gas bills and energy bills are extortionate and you can't even get hold of them. They are NEVER open. Don't fall into this trap, don't fall for the talk. Go with SKY or BT, it is CHEAPER. This company is a disgrace, I feel very let down and cannot wait to leave. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THEM
