I have been most impressed on the whole with Utility Warehouse my only grumble has been my inability to actually speak to someone as I had a query and found it impossible to speak to anyone due to the volume of calls every time I have phoned. I gave up which has resulted me not using the cashback card anymore.

In the past when I have got through to technical people in the beginning for my mobile they were excellent.
