After moving house they were the current suppliers of the property, I wanted to stay with EON so told them EON would be taking over the supply for gas and electricity.
Utility Warehouse sent me a bill for a security deposit, I phoned them to once again inform them that I was moving to EON, they told me "that was fine, i don't have to pay the bill".
The next thing I get is a letter from their debt collection company informing me that a bailiff would be visiting me in the next few days to discuss my account and survey the property for disconnection.
A complete joke of a company that seems to have real communication issues!
