Every company has good and bad reviews. Why would anyone base their choice of utiliy provider on someone elses biased views.

Everybody would recommend a company it hasn't had problems with. Yet as soon as they have a problem they condemn that same company.

No Utility company is good, but the service is the same in the end, it all comes down the same pipes and wires.

So in the end you might as well get the cheapest and if you have no problems that's a bonus.

I've used Utility Warehouse for over 9 years now and yes I've had problems, but I also had problems with BT, British Gas, etc., etc. (and they charge more for the privilege)

If you sign-up via a good distributor with the Utility Warehouse you'll get personal service, and on that basis I recommend the guy who introduced me.

I agree there are good and bad reviews, then again we have good winners and bad looser, Utility Warehouse when they loose, they punish their customer.

Notice as well most of the negative comments are by anonymous people who are scared, they are broke, bankrupt or have had some legal threat against them..

notice the following

although many comments are left by unhappy customers on the day of joining, they obviously have looked through

MY point is out of 7 responses to comments, 1 person has left mixed views of other services, all the others are highly likely from one person (who is from the Customer care TEAM)

every good review that is 5 stars is written by a different person who seems to create a new account, but more or less echos the same view!!

right click over the name of the person who writes or responds and you will find there account is new (made the same day or just after your post)

Most of the good reviews here are written by UW reps shortly after a bad review is posted... can't admit to their failings as it hits their commission payments.

no - the service isn't the same. Utility Warehouse are truly appalling.
