I called to ask for a letter of explanation. No letter received. I call again and no letter but an email to say you can't send letters. So, more days go by without the letter.
What was the letter about. An explanation for a refund sent for an overpayment on an account closed well over a year ago.
I am surprised you are still in business.
Good luck - clearly you need it.
