When I called and after going through the service selection process, I was told via recorded message that your consultants were very busy and I would be held in a queue. Based on previous experience of other providers, I prepared myself for a long wait. However, within a couple of minutes I was told that I was number one in the queue and within forty seconds of this a consultant picked up my call. He was very helpful in dealing with my questions and generally charming of manner. He dealt with all matters efficiently and I came away from the call feeling very positive about being a Spark customer.
