I contacted SR on live chat this morning, after a sleepless night worrying about an email I had received notifying me of an increase in my utilities bill. Scott was fantastic, responding to my query with the utmost efficiency, whilst also being reassuring and friendly.
Outstanding service, I am very very impressed!
