Today I communicated with an adviser on the live chat help service and found the experience very helpful...he was able to answer all my questions and queries clearly and I am entirely satisfied with the result. There was nothing about the service that I didn't like.
I think that live chat is an excellent service. well done. ( I wish BT could learn a thing or two from you!!!)
