Having moved from Scottish power in October 2014, Scottish Power chose to remove money from my bank account 8 months after the account was closed. I emailed a complaint only for an inaccurate response with a date for my disconnection 12 months after the actual date. I then phoned to complain and was told I would get the money back into my account and the complaint would be followed up 2weeks later having heard nothing I phoned back to be told the complaint had been satisfactorily closed!! They have sent me 4 different bills in 1 day all with a different price on them. I am still waiting for an explanation and an accurate bill which they cannot give me!!!
