“What call centre !!!”

After a long wait,I did speak to an advisor who gave me the wrong information and so the process of trying to speak to someone started again. After waiting for almost an hour,I spoke to Liverpool, Glasgow twice and then Wrexham when my phone's battery died and I almost give up the will to live !!
They were mentioned on the main news this morning that Citizens Advice had them as one of the worst for complaints. Second bottom in the big six with complaints double in the first quarter.
I did find the email address for Neil Clithero, the CEO of retail, sent him two messages three days ago and guess what ? You were right, no reply.
Rotten from the top down !

Have just got off a phone with Scottish Power CSR name Scott, and so far had the best experience in getting new supplier, offered me the best rate 11.55p per kWh with price fixed until july 2015 and no exit fee!! How cool is that.. try and get it elsewhere, yes their standing charge is higher but at least I don't have to drink cold tea or have cold shower to save few quid!

You were very lucky getting to speak to an advisor, which the majority of complaints are about. Customer service is a priority in any business and the unacceptable amount of time that Scottish Power makes you endure is totally unjustified.
