for 48 minutes, then their system put me through to the wrong department. A nice lady tried to get me through the system. OMD were playing All I want is Electricity, some bl88dy decent service would be nice as well!!!!!!!

The nice lady put me through to the queue and the line dropped.

Absolutely brassed off
