This company is absolutely disgusting the manner of the staff and the lack of regulated policies allow this company to crush small business and get away with it.
As mentioned in a number of other reviews with the meters been taken. The exact same thing has happend to me. It has now been 4 weeks without any electric and I can't afford the £1958 that they are requesting. I have spoken to the ombudsman and this but they cannot do anything until 8 weeks has passed. This company act like raging bulls with no professionalism or consideration for their customers. The police are just as bad as they didn't even hear the case first, the simply just allowed the disconnection to go ahead. I think a complaint to watchdog should be submitted.
